Attack of the Moon Worm

In my haiku community, someone called greatevenlate posted this most vivid, fun story as a haiku with nine chapters, and then mentioned he wanted it to be illustrated. So I did.
"one"
Brace for impact sir!
Something's about to hit us!
It looks so slimey!
"Two"
Captain, what hit us
Is the very rare moon worm
and it eats humans.
"Three"
Seal off pod sixty!
half the crew has been eaten
and the rest are tired.
"Four"
He's breached chamber six
That's where we keep the spacesuits
AND space marshmallows.
"Five"
Ready to fight crew?
Let's send him back to the moon!
Or maybe kill him!
"Six"
Sir, the troops you sent
were all killed, except for Sam.
He joined the worm's side.
"Seven"
Just you and me, worm.
Wait, I forgot about Sam.
Guess I'll kill him too.
"Eight"
I have killed the worm!
and Sam is badly crippled,
so that's twice as nice.
"Nine"
We're in earth's orbit.
We're almost home brave soldiers.
No worm can stop us.
