Ricky

Ricky belonged to my dad. He had the happiest spirit of anything I'd seen since Weasel, and he had a lot to teach me about patience and spark. There was something so unique and special about the way he made everyone smile, and I will never forget the times he bounced up and down the stairs chasing the ball my mom would toss for him, or the slipper he loved to hide, or the evenings he spent curled up in my lap. Even Calvin loved him.. he would pin him down and groom him until he fell asleep, then Ricky would escape.

Ricky was taken far too soon. Dad said he was like a star, he burned so bright when he was with us. He will always be missed.
